Our skilled professionals will provide patients with preventive care to eliminate additional injuries or illnesses. We will help patients and family members with clinical and non-clinical needs. Patient care can be provided by a Registered Nurse, Certified Nursing Assistants, or Healthcare Aides. Many professionals are Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who have extensive experience in providing excellent patient care. All of our healthcare personnel have been trained to deal with the emotional care that patients need during their illness or injury. Our staff will also assist patients with their daily routine and activities. All professionals are licensed and carefully screened to meet our high employment standards. All personnel are CPR, JCAHO and OSHA certified and has had an extensive background check to ensure the highest levels of patient care. All patient information will be held fully confidential regardless of where care the patient care is provided.

SelectCare Health can help patients who have recently had surgery or illness and are unable to tend to their daily activities. We can assist patients with daily household services such as: cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc. as well as provide additional help with hygiene, oral health, eating, and dressing. We can also assist patients with any rehabilitation exercises that are suggested by their physicians. We will remind patients to take their medications so they continue to heal and work their way back to a full and successful recovery.
SelectCare Health helps patients with basic household needs so they have more time to do the things they enjoy. We can assist patients by taking them to grocery shopping, doctor's appointments, or simply a walk in the park. We provide all basic household services such as: cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc. We will help patients move or lift heavy objects that they are unable to move. We will work with each individual patient and family members to put together a customized care plan to ensure all of your needs are met. We will continue to follow up with you to make sure that all of your needs are met and that you are satisfied with the level of service we are providing.
