SelectCare Health offers private care services in a hospital and in-home setting. Our skilled professionals will provide patients with preventive care to reduce the chances of additional injuries or illnesses. We will help patients and family members with not only clinical, but also non-clinical needs. Many of our professionals are Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and therefore have extensive experience in providing patient care. Furthermore, they regularly work at our hospital clients and know all standard protocols to assist hospital personnel during emergencies. Our professionals have also been trained to deal with the emotional care that patients need during their illness or injury. All professionals are licensed and carefully screened to meet our high employment standards. All personnel are CPR, JCAHO and OSHA certified and has had an extensive background check to ensure the highest levels of patient care.
We will individually cater our services to meet each and every requirement that you may have. We will assign a case manager to oversee the care plan and will continually follow up with you to make any improvements and changes that are necessary.
